Lawsuit Filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Fayette County, Pennsylvania

FAYETTE COUNTY - On February 17, 2016, the law firms of Robert Peirce & Associates, P.C. and Lutz & Pawk filed suit against Another Way Inc. in the Court of Common Pleas of Fayette County on behalf of James M. Cameron and Theresa Sanetta, the parents of the late Michael James Cameron.

Michael James Cameron checked Himself into Another Way, a residential drug Treatment facility, in September 2014, seeking treatment to overcome substance addictions.

Sometime after midnight on November 9, 2014, the security system at Another Way indicated there was an open window in the facility. Another Way's staff member on duty checked the window and found it to be closed, but was unable to reset or rearm the security system. Because the system was not in working order, the staff member on duty at Another Way had no way of knowing if there were any security breaches - into or out of the facility - for the rest of that night.

Later that morning, at nearly 8:00 a.m., Michael James Cameron's lifeless body was found floating face-down in a pond on the Another Way campus.

Mr. Cameron's had concerns regarding the suspicious circumstances of his death, and the criminal investigation is currently ongoing.

According to James M. Cameron's attorney, Rob Peirce:

"We were contacted by Mr. Cameron's family to investigate the circumstances of the tragic and untimely death of their son. We intend to continue ow investigation, and to assist the authorities in any way possible, to get answers for Michael Cameron's family. We believe that as a result of this lawsuit, Another Way will take a look at its security protocol to ensure this does not happen again."

The Cameron family has established a reward for anyone with information leading to an arrest in regard to the death of their son, Michael Cameron.
