One man in an out-of-state case said he was recently mistreated by a hospital as well as health care professionals. He has thus filed a medical malpractice lawsuit against these parties.

Man sues nursing home after allegedly suffering pressure ulcers

One man in a recent out-of-state case said the nursing home at which he had stayed caused him to suffer pressure ulcers while he was there. He has therefore sued the nursing home, alleging nursing home neglect.

Medical malpractice suit filed after man suffers head injury

Negligent health care professionals may legally be held accountable for their actions if their behavior results in the death of a patient in Pennsylvania. One patient in a recent out-of-state case lost his life after his family members said health care professionals failed to properly care for him, which led to his falling and suffering a head injury. The man's wife and daughter have filed a medical malpractice claim against a doctor and nurse practitioner in this case.

Woman claims husband was victim of nursing home abuse

The family members of nursing home patients in Pennsylvania naturally expect these patients to be treated with the utmost care given their unique medical situations. In one out-of-state case, however, a woman said her husband was neglected and abused by a health and rehabilitation center. She has now filed a nursing home abuse and neglect suit against the center.
