Super Lawyers® has released its 2020 guide to personal injury attorneys across America, and Robert Peirce & Associates, P.C. is proud to announce 4 of our associates have been selected to the 2020 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® or Rising Stars lists. The honorees from our firm include:

This is Ms. DeGori’s first recognition by either Super Lawyers® or Rising Stars. Ms. Chiappetta has now been listed by Rising Stars for 8 years running; Mr. Simon this year received his 6^th straight honor; and Mr. Daley has been included in either Super Lawyers® or Rising Stars 9 times.

Super Lawyers® is an annual nationwide legal publication curated by Thomson Reuters® to provide consumers with a list of vetted legal professionals across various practice areas. Candidates are determined through peer nomination and third-party research and then evaluated using a 12-factor equation that weights various professional achievements and other indicators of quality. The attorneys with the best showing in this round are then evaluated by a Blue Ribbon Panel of leading professionals in their practice area. From here, nominees are sorted by state and law firm size to ensure a representative national sample; 2.5% are selected to Rising Stars, and 5% to Super Lawyers®.

The Rising Stars list specifically includes attorneys who are either 40 years of age or younger or have been practicing law for 10 or fewer years. High performing attorneys with more longevity in the field are listed to Super Lawyers®. Being named to either list is an honor.
