Attorney Robert Daley has been a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (PAJ) for over 20 years. The organization serves trial lawyers throughout the state by offering them access to resources, connecting them with upcoming students, and advocating legislation that protects citizens. It is also a place for attorneys to come together to share their wisdom and connect with others who share their goal of promoting justice throughout the state.
In 2020, Attorney Daley renewed his registration as a “Champion of Justice,” the highest level of membership. By supporting the organization to this degree, he hopes to help leadership further its mission throughout the state and country.
One constant throughout the history of the U.S. is this: Constitutional rights must be protected, or they will be lost. The PAJ was founded more than 50 years ago to protect the right to trial by jury in Pennsylvania. Since then, the group has stayed active in state politics, supporting legislation and candidates who will fight for the people’s rights. Its members have successfully lobbied to allow citizens nationwide to file civil suits against Big Tobacco, to block immunity bills introduced by industries hoping to quash consumer complaints, and to lead a bipartisan effort to improve the Workers’ Compensation process for both companies and employees in Pennsylvania.
